I began my teaching career in 1987 for Epic Head Start. I taught in the Toppenish School district from 1999 to 2006 teaching 5th grade general basic education. I have been at Highland High School since 2006 teaching art classes. Beside my love of art, I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I enjoy working in my yard with my husband, mostly planting many variety of colorful flowers. I have three children, two son's and one daughter. I have 5 grandchildren, three of them girls and two are boys.
