Hi, my name is Mrs. Perez. Every year I look forward to getting to know my students and guide them through a suceccessful first grade. Teaching is my life's passion, and I have been instructing students in first grade since 2002.  I believe, when given time and opportunity, all children can learn.   As a teacher, I can facilitate learning by providing developmentally appropriate oportunities in a safe , nurturing environment, for all students to become successful, life-long learners. 

I have been teaching first grade at Marcus Whitman since 2002. From 1992 - 2001, I worked as a para - educator here at Marcus Whitman.
