Hello,

My name is Cristian Tejeda. I am a third grade teacher at Marcus Whitman Cowiche Elementary. This is my first year teaching in the Highland School District. I am very excited to be part of this wonderful community. Prior to teaching in Highland, I worked as a substitute teacher in the West Valley School District for two years and as a paraeducator in the Yakima School District for five years. In my free time I love spending time with my wife Madeline, and my baby Everett. We love to travel and spend our time outdoors. Some of my hobbies include watching and playing soccer, and going fishing.
