This year students will have an additional 20 minutes for physical education and music/fine arts. Mrs. Stine (PE) and Mrs. Monson (music/fine arts) are thrilled to have the extra time with your children. Both specialists have many exciting plans for the 09/10 school year. 

New this year to our MWC building is a Parent Support Center. The room will have many handouts in English/Spanish concerning your child's education, health and other areas of concern. We hope you will take advantage of our efforts to support you in the education and well-being of your child. It'll also be a great place to network with other parents. Our partnership with you is a win-win situation for your child.

Also this year, thanks to a grant written by Carla Borland (food service supervisor), all MWC students will receive a daily snack of fruits or vegetables. We know our students need balanced nutrition to focus on learning.
