Participation in meetings of the Board of Directors

 Persons wishing to speak shall address herself/himself to the Board Chair and upon being recognized by the Board Chair, shall state his/her full name and address before speaking about his/her topic.

No person shall speak for more than 3 minutes. The board may need to limit the number of speakers to a reasonable amount, given the time constraints.

Persons attending the meeting shall observe rules of propriety, decorum and good conduct, and refrain from impertinent or slanderous remarks. If you violate this rule, you will be asked to leave.
